Client Dashboard Update

Training Desk have extended the dashboard functionality with the updated Client Portal Dashboards. This enhanced functionality delivers for Clients more insights and tools than you have previously experienced.

The New Client Portal Dashboard gives Clients the same great features that our Students got in the new Student dashboard, such as:

  • View courses in a clear and concise way

  • Easy to read important notifications for clients to quickly follow up

  • Partner contact details are visible with a link to the public booking calendar

  • Ability for Clients to review and update their contact details from their dashboard

  • Clients can also view and purchase from a Partners online shop and quickly access any recent updates to the Training Desk online user manual

One added bonus is an extended set of counters which navigate easily to the appropriate section Gone are the days of having to search and access important information relevant to the Client.


If clients are sending their team to Partner public courses regularly you have a fantastic portal to assist in managing this process.

By setting up regular public courses clients with their own portal now have access to the following tools and features:

  • Enable payment on the invoice for those public course enrolments

  • Client Users can see the number of upcoming enrolments and view details of the booking

  • Client Users can access the enrolments table to confirm any non-attendees or incomplete work

  • Notifications will still display for students who are yet to receive certificates due to missing USI’s or pre-course work, even if enrolled in a public course.

  • Client Users can view an individual Training history and download certificates

  • Client Users can generate reports to show the certificate expiry for all students linked to their profile

  • Clients can now self manage their training records, with a greater range options.
