Lisa Charlson, Queensland Manager

After working as a communications and public relations consultant for more than 10 years, Lisa has stepped into the role of Queensland Operations Manager for Allens Training. She is an excellent project manager and takes a pragmatic approach to business. Ensuring staff, trainers, and of course clients of Allens Training are all satisfied is her key priority. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Business and Master in Public Relations.


Jimmy Allen, Compliance and Business Development

With a background in policing, Jimmy is excellent at building relationships and ensuring Allens Training clients receive superior service. He achieves this by taking the time to understand clients’ businesses and requirements and ensuring a tailored training solution is delivered. He has an excellent understanding of legislative requirements around training and first aid in the workplace. 

Jacqui Lassau, Client Services Coordinator

Jacqui is a perfectionist and persists until there is nothing more to be done. She has been working in the First Aid industry for more than six years and has excellent knowledge of First Aid courses and the industry in general. If you have a question about one of our courses or any other request Jacqui is here to help. 


Jennifer Purse, Reception and Administration

Jennifer’s key quality is adaptability, which has allowed her to become a ‘jill of all trades’. Her experience, mainly in the telecommunications industry, includes customer service, technical support, customer service and systems training, accounts, and credit management. Jennifer brings to Allens Training her customer service skills, professional manner, positive attitude, and her attention to detail, an important requirement to have when working for an RTO.

Our Sunshine Coast Training Centre uses local trainers that are committed to providing the highest quality training to ensure participants walk away with the qualifications required for employment and the confidence and skills required in an emergency. They do not teach by reading from a manual or flicking through a presentation, but instead, engage participants through other simple training methods and relevant scenarios.

Our trainers come from a range of backgrounds including - paramedics, nursing, education, construction and trades and can apply these skills to your industry so that you get the most out of your training experience.

Our Sunshine Coast Training Centre offers an excellent venue for you to complete your training. With the use of modern technology and new well-maintained training equipment you are provided with excellent and practical, hands-on training.

Located centrally on the Sunshine Coast in Birtinya, and on various public transport routes Between Noosa and Caloundra, our training centre is accessible to all. There are a number of cafes nearby with plenty of parking right outside.

Our Sunshine Coast Training Centre is an extension of our national business and offers a range courses specialising in First Aid and Health and Safety for individuals, groups and organisations.
