Allens Training takes continuous improvement seriously and we appreciate feedback received from all stakeholders.

Feedback is valuable information that we use to make important decisions and consider ways that as a business or a trainer we can make the experience better for our students. We know that the most important thing about feedback is not the comments or ratings themselves. It’s the actions that we take following the feedback to improve the students overall experience.

How do we gather feedback from students?

We provide various opportunities for students and other stakeholders to provide feedback. In particular, all course participants who provide a valid email address at the time of enrolment will be offered the chance to complete an online survey at the time their electronic certificates are issued.

Upon receiving the email link to complete the survey, you will be asked a series of questions relating to your training and trainer. We would love to hear how the training went on the day and the new skills and knowledge that you may have learnt.

On the first business day of each month Allens Training completes a draw to find one lucky winner of a $50 gift card! All participants who complete the survey and leave their contact details will go in to the monthly draw.

So, keep an eye on your emails after you complete the survey to see if you are the lucky winner and keep giving us feedback.
