"I just wanted to say that I got so much out of the training in CPR and First Aid training that I recently completed. I have kept my First Aid and CPR updated for over 20yrs through various training situations for work.  This training would have to be the best training by far.  The delivery method was relaxed but very professional and informative.  This would have to be the first time I have come out of a day like this and felt very confident that I could handle ANY sort of medical emergency that would/could be thrown at me.  I certainly have a better understanding of my Legal obligations in a work situation where I am the primary First Aid Officer for our Regional Office.
